Kith Treats for Lysée

Kith Treats has partnered with Lysée to create a limited edition Gâteaux Collection Box & two ice cream specials featuring custom seasonal novelties from the renowned New York bakery.

Founded by esteemed pastry chef, Eunji Lee, Lysée is celebrated for its meticulously crafted artisan pastries. The name is a melding of Chef Eunji Lee’s surname and the French word musée (museum), reflecting her idea of dessert pastries as “edible art.”  The bakery’s aesthetic and menu draw from three cultures: French, Korean, and New York, which appear in Chef Lee’s flavor profiles, presentation, interior design & culinary philosophy.

Together with Lysée, Kith Treats has created a limited-edition Gâteaux Collection Box representing the fusion of Kith Treats' affinity for nostalgic desserts and Lysée's culinary artistry with an array of beloved flavors from both Lysée and Kith Treats. The centerpiece of this culinary collaboration is an exclusive Corn Madeleine flavor, tailored for the approaching autumnal season. Each thoughtfully crafted custom box contains:

• 1 Corn Madeleine: A seasonal exclusive, offering a delicate balance of sweet and savory notes.
• 1 Pecan Financier: A rich and buttery financier, highlighted by the distinct flavor of pecans.
• 1 Kith Dulcey Chocolate Teddy Bear Madeleine with Maple: An indulgent novelty combining the unique caramelized white chocolate of Dulcey with a hint of maple.
• 2 Kith Chocolate Bars featuring Fiegster Mix and Milk Chocolate: A duo of signature chocolate bars, showcasing Kith Treats’ signature Fiegster Mix alongside classic milk chocolate.
• 2 Kith Chocolate Shortbread Cookies: A pair of decadent shortbread cookies, infused with rich chocolate.
• 2 Kith Experimental Shortbread Cookies: A pair of experimental shortbread cookies—a delightful surprise for the palate.
• 4 Yakgwas (Korean Honey Cakes): Traditional Korean honey cakes—a sweet and fragrant finish to the collection.

Kith Treats has also collaborated with Chef Eunji Lee to create two limited-time ice cream specials, drawing inspiration from the pastries featured in the Kith Treats for Lysée Gâteaux Collection Box: the Corn Madeleine and the Pecan Financier. Each special emphasizes the complex and indulgent flavors found in each pastry.

Limited quantities of the Kith Treats x Lysée Gâteaux Collection Box will be sold exclusively at Lysée’s New York flagship beginning 10/1 through 10/5.
