Returns and Exchanges

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Effective June 12th, 2020 – We are happy to announce that our KITH.com Online Returns Department has officially re-opened. We are now accepting Returns (for eligible products, as per our standard Return Policy below) via our Returns portal for Domestic U.S. orders, and/or Global-E for International orders. 

Customers whom have placed orders on or after March 23rd 2020, based on product eligibility, may return their item(s) for online credit. However, please note that online gift card credit processing may take 1-7 business days to receive, beginning from the date your returned order is delivered our facility.

Our dedicated Returns Team is working diligently and efficiently to ensure all returned orders are processed as quickly as possible. We are operating with a significantly reduced staff due to government restrictions from the pandemic, and we Thank You for your continued patience and patronage. If you have not received your credit within the aforementioned time-frame, please reach out to our Resolution Team via email for assistance: customerservice@kith.com

Domestic Returns

  • **Enter the email used for your order and follow the instructions on the Return Center page to receive your shipping label and tracking number. Returns will be accepted for items within 30 days of purchase with the exception of final sale items. All tags must be attached; the packaging must be intact, and the product must be unused.
  • For domestic returns, customers will be granted an online store credit equal to the amount of item(s) returned, minus an $8 restocking fee. A shipping label will be generated upon request of a return or exchange. The online store credit CANNOT be used for in-store purchases or phone orders
  • For international returns, customers will be granted online store credit equal to the amount of item(s) returned, minus the value of the return label. This fee will be calculated and removed from your refund at when the return is processed.
    • Important: Duties and/or customs paid upfront at checkout are considered non-refundable by Kith. You will need to reach out to your local customs agency to further process a customs/duties refund. Please feel free to contact our support team with any questions or concerns on this process. 
  • A shipping label will be generated upon request of a return or exchange. The online store credit CANNOT be used for in-store purchases or phone orders.
