Returns and Exchanges

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Effective 3/23/2020 - As a result of the ongoing COVID19 pandemic, we have decided, at the safety of our personnel, to temporarily close our returns department. All returns unprocessed beforehand will be queued up for processing once we reopen. All returns in-transit will be held by our carriers until our warehouse reopens. 
Please note that we will continue web fulfillment for the indefinite future but that these two departments are located in different facilities. We ask that you please review the below before completing your return as we will not be accepting new returns until this situation has been resolved.

Return Window Updates:

In lieu of the above, we have extended our returns window through the duration of the pandemic as long as your returns window did not elapse prior to our closure on 3/23/2020. This applies to all orders placed shortly before and all orders placed from here on out unless marked final sale. Due to these changes, we ask that you please hold on creating returns until further notice. We will accept returns for orders placed during this time when we are back in full swing. Domestic Returns

International Returns

  • **Enter the email used for your order and follow the instructions on the Return Center page to receive your shipping label and tracking number. Returns will be accepted for items within 30 days of purchase with the exception of final sale items. All tags must be attached; the packaging must be intact, and the product must be unused.
  • For domestic returns, customers will be granted an online store credit equal to the amount of item(s) returned, minus an $8 restocking fee. A shipping label will be generated upon request of a return or exchange. The online store credit CANNOT be used for in-store purchases or phone orders
  • For international returns, customers will be granted online store credit equal to the amount of item(s) returned, minus the value of the return label. This fee will be calculated and removed from your refund at when the return is processed.
    • Important: Duties and/or customs paid upfront at checkout are considered non-refundable by Kith. You will need to reach out to your local customs agency to further process a customs/duties refund. Please feel free to contact our support team with any questions or concerns on this process. 
  • A shipping label will be generated upon request of a return or exchange. The online store credit CANNOT be used for in-store purchases or phone orders.
