Your Exclusive Benefits:

• Exclusive Discount: 30% off all Kith-branded merchandise, multi-brand products, and Kith food & beverage items, valid in-store, via the Kith App, and online at kith.com. This discount cannot be used on purchases intended as gifts or for friends, which must be purchased at full price.
  
  

• End of Season Clean-Out Access: Gain priority access to our End of Season Clean-Out events.
  
  

• Exclusive Product Access: Receive first access to seasonal collections, sales, Monday Program items, and other special releases.
  
  

• Exclusive Loyalty Card: Display your Black Tier status with a unique, premium loyalty card design and icons.
  
  

• Recurring Free Treats: Enjoy recurring free Treats.
  
  

• Gift Cards: A high value Gift Card that is always redeemable in-app
  
  

• Skip the Line Privilege: Members may skip the line at any Kith-owned retail location, subject to availability and store capacity.
  
  

• Personalized Shopping Appointments: Black Tier members have access to private shopping appointments with our VIP team, subject to availability and advanced booking.
  
  

• Complimentary Kith Treats: Members receive free Kith Treats at all Kith-operated food and beverage locations, subject to availability.
  
  

• Global Usage: Black Tier benefits apply at all Kith retail locations, the Kith App, and kith.com. For Kith Japan and Kith Korea, members must notify the Kith VIP team at least 24 hours in advance to ensure benefits are applied.
  
  

• Future Exclusive Benefits: We are continually developing new and exciting benefits for our Black Tier members.

Discount Policy:

• Where to Use: Black Tier discounts are exclusively available through the Kith App.
  
  

• Discount Exception Period: A waiting period of 72 hours applies to new product releases before your discount can be applied.
  
  

• Discount Rate: Enjoy a consistent 30% discount on eligible products.
  
  

• Discount Cap: There is no discount cap for Black Tier members.
  
  

• Discount Application:

• Discounts cannot be combined with other discounts. If a product is already marked down, the marked-down price will apply.

• Discounts are applied at all times, except for marked down products.

End of Season Clean-Out:

• Priority Access: Black Tier members receive priority access to our End of Season Clean-Out events, featuring specially marked-down items.
  
  

• Wave 1 Access: Black Tier members receive access to items at 50% off marked-down prices during wave 1 of the clean out.

Rules and Terms:

• Physical Presence Required – Members must be physically present with their Black Tier card to redeem benefits, including discounts, line-skipping privileges, and personalized services. Immediate family members (spouse, children, parents) may use benefits only when accompanied by the member.
  
  

• Non-Transferability & Misuse – Black Tier membership is strictly personal and cannot be lent, sold, or transferred. Any misuse, including fraudulent activity or improper benefit use, may result in membership revocation.
  
  

• Lost or Stolen Cards – Members must report lost or stolen cards immediately to the Kith VIP team. Replacements will be issued at Kith’s discretion.
  
  

• Social Media Policy – Members may not post about the Black Tier membership itself on social media. However, they may share exclusive products and collections obtained through the membership.
  
  

• Membership Discretion – Kith reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate Black Tier membership and benefits at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
