by Parra is the second clothing company from Pieter ‘Parra’ Janssen, an artist, designer and pro skater from Amsterdam. Parra began designing in the early ‘90s, initially as an art director and graphic designer for parties and venues in his home city. This led to his second project, by Parra, which became a wearable outlet for his creativity. Created with the environment in mind, Janssen’s designs feature elevated silhouettes, eco-friendly washing and high quality silk screen prints. The brand is celebrated for its pop color palettes and use of experimental typefaces.
