Today at 12PM EST, the doors to Kith's first art gallery open to the public. The Kith Homage Exhibit represents an introspective reflection on Ronnie Fieg's previously (and soon to be) released Gel-Lyte III designs with Asics. Fieg partnered with Josh of Joshua Liner Gallery and discussed his original inspirations behind each design. Supplied with this information, Josh curated a bevy (14 to be exact) of some of today's most talented artists. These artists then reinterpreted Fieg's inspirations through their own lens to create a piece for 13 of Fieg's past designs and 1 for a model that has yet to be released... Artists included: Alfred Steiner, Andrew Schoultz, David Ellis, Erin M. Riley, Evan Hecox, Gregory Johnston, Greg Lamarche, Jim Houser, Josh Sperling, Michael Kagan, Paul Wackers, Riusuke Fukahori, Sam Friedman, and Wayne White. The Kith Homage Exhibit curated by Joshua Liner Gallery is located at 727 Collins Ave, Miami, FL. Doors open today at 12PM EST to 50 attendees only. These people will each receive a free copy of Fieg's first authored book - Homage - as well as a private tour of the gallery. Fieg will be in attendance to sign his book and discuss the space with participants.
