Perhaps one of last year's most anticipated footwear releases, Y-3 rereleases the lauded Qasa High - Triple Black for its Fall/Winter 2015 campaign. The base of this model is constructed with a neoprene boot overlaid with four criss-crossing wide elastic straps to provide a lockdown fit. Premium black leather wraps the toe and heel, as well as acting as the base for the plastic lace clips, which are fastened by tonal waxed cotton laces. The shoe sits atop the Qasa's famous Roll-Ball sole unit, which doubles as a midsole and outsole thanks to its innovative design. The bottom is carved with a tread for traction, and features Y-3 branding. Additional Y-3 branding hits are seen on the medial side of the midsole, as well as the rubberized heel counter, which doubles as a performance tool that provides ankle stabilization.
