The Nike Air Pegasus '89 ND returns for the summer season in three colorways - Team Orange, Cool Grey/Black, and Obsidian. The Air Pegasus has remained steadfast throughout Nike's transformation periods, adapting to the current environment of the marketplace. After its most recent iteration featuring a Lunarlon sole, the original returns in its 1989 glory. The upper is composed primarily of a synthetic suede with a mesh vamp allowing prime breathability. The original midsole unit utilizes EVA in order to deliver lightweight cushioning, in addition to softness and flexibility. The shoe is then completed with a Waffle outsole, providing vintage traction control. The Team Orange model features a two-tone orange makeup with white liner and contrasting charcoal midsole. The Cool Grey/Black sees the majority of the upper draped in grey, while the Swoosh logo and rear mesh panels are black. Lastly, the Obsidian version combines dark and light hues of blue, with obsidian blue composing most of the upper, while a royal blue is located on the midsole.
