A Closer Look at Kith Spring 2 & Classics 2020

The second installment of Kith’s Spring collection blends the brand’s signature color palette with fabrics that have been custom-milled for the transitional phase of the season. This assortment of 24-styles introduces a wide-range of all-new silhouettes and reimagined Kith staples.

The development of custom fabrics continues to be the foundation of Kith’s product range. Different variations of cotton and nylon span the collection. Nylon crafted with a crispy hand-feel is used for the Colorblocked Sporty Gi and accompanying shorts, while a wrinkled nylon with an iridescent finish is applied to the Colorblocked Track Jacket, Snap S/S Shirt, Mercer 6 Pant, and Cargo Shorts. 340 GSM Portuguese cotton jersey with a dry hand feel sets the stage for the diagonally paneled L/S and S/S Pullovers, while the Jordan Shorts sport a soft stretchy 320 GSM terry.

Also releasing with Spring 2 is Kith’s latest collaboration with New Balance, as the duo reimagine the 992 and 998 silhouettes. The colorways are inspired by the iconic 1300CL, applying the Steel Blue colorblocking for the first time to both models. Lux pigskin suede is combined with sport mesh and reflective panels to create a timeless approach to this Made in USA pack.

Spring 2

Zip Front Track Jacket: The Zip Front Track Jacket features a iridescent nylon body and mesh lining with color blocking throughout to provide added style. Three concealed zipped pockets with bungee pullers are showcased along the front seams while bungee adjusters are featured at internal side seams. Other elements include elasticated cuffs, reverse nylon CF zipper closure, neck and hem snaps and lastly, a custom gradient satin Kith patch at the left chest. $250 USD.

Nylon Mercer 6 Pant: Our Mercer 6 makes a return for Spring 2, this time in a newly introduced fabrication of iridescent wrinkle nylon featuring half mesh lining. Zipped and branded front snap closure is accented with zipped pockets with bungee pullers. Additional elements include a silicone dipped drawcord, darts at the knee for shaping and lastly, a custom gradient satin Kith patch under the back right welt. $175 USD.

Nylon Cargo Shorts: The Nylon Cargo Short shows similar features to the Zip Front Jacket as they are meant to be paired together. Iridescent wrinkle nylon with mesh lining is the focus as this lightweight breathability continues throughout the assortment. A reflective taping along the front pockets is seen as well as a faux j stitch in the front. Additional elements include a silicone dipped drawcord, back snap closure pockets while Kith branding is featured on the elastic as well as on a custom gradient satin patch under the back right welt. $150 USD.

Colorblocked Sporty Gi: The Gi is continued throughout this second installment of Kith Spring, this time composed of 100% nylon and a mesh lining to provide lightweight breathability. A reflective Kith logo at the cuff provides added style while additional elements include half elasticated sleeves, front welt pockets, a snap front closure, back zip pocket, adjustable back storm flap and color blocking throughout the body. $245 USD.

Colorblocked Sporty Short: To complement the Gi, our sporty short makes a reintroduction featuring color blocking throughout and mesh lining to provide lightweight breathability. A functioning fly with rubberized metal button closure and zipped pockets are complemented with a reflective Kith logo on the back. $135 USD.

Paneled Long Sleeve Pullover: The Paneled Long Sleeve Pullover is composed of a 340 GSM dry hand cotton jersey fabric procuring added comfort. Diagonal design lines are the highlight of this piece while paneled seams and side seam slits are showcased. Lastly, the embroidered Kith serif logo ensures classic Kith elements. $115 USD.

Paneled Tee: A short-sleeve version of the Paneled Long Sleeve Pullover featuring 340 GSM dry hand cotton jersey fabric. Diagonal design lines are the highlight of this piece while paneled seams and side seam slits are showcased. An embroidered Kith serif logo is also provided for added style. $98 USD.

Jordan Short: The Jordan Miami Short features a 320 GSM soft stretch cotton terry to provide comfort and breathability. Diagonal front pockets and a Kith branded reverse nylon back pocket coil and a chain stitch Kith embroidered logo. Standard leg opening with an above the knee fit. $120 USD.

Wrinkle Nylon Button-Up: Introducing the Wrinkle Nylon Button-Up to the Kith line, this piece features 100% iridescent wrinkle nylon with a mesh liner for lightweight breathability. The front button snap placket provides added style while the two concealed zipper pockets are accented with bungee pulls along the back seams while the front seam consists of a reflective taping, Complimented by a custom gradient satin Kith logo patch at the left chest. $150 USD.

Wrinkle Nylon Cap: This cap features a wrinkle nylon fabric and a 6-panel construction. The Kith satin logo patch on the front provides style while nylon webbing and a rear buckle provide functionality. $65 USD.

Kith x New Balance 998CL: Originally introduced in 1993, the 998 silhouette showcases a pig suede upper throughout accented with mesh underlays. A reflective N logo on the side panels and collar accents are featured while other elements include a pebbled synthetic tongue, heel tabs and forefoot underlay, cotton laces, all rounded out by an ABZORB midsole to provide comfort and a rubber outdoor which ensures optimal grip. $195 USD.

Kith x New Balance 992CL: The 992 silhouette, which was recently reintroduced for the first time since 2006, features similar traits such as a pig suede upper and mesh underlays. The reflective N logos on the side panel and reflective collar hits provide added style while additional features include a synthetic tongue and heel tabs, woven USA label on the heels, cotton laces, and grippy rubber outsole complimented with an ABZORB SBS midsole for added comfort. $220 USD.

Classics

S/S JFK Tee: This JFK tee features a 240 GSM slub jersey cotton fabric accented with Kith’s garment wash. The neckline ribbing and sleeve openings are complemented with a printed Kith classic logo on the chest to provide added style. Straight body and slightly relaxed fit. $72 USD.

L/S JFK Tee: This JFK tee features a 240 GSM slub jersey cotton fabric accented with Kith’s garment wash in a long-sleeve version. The neckline ribbing and sleeve openings are complemented with a printed Kith classic logo on the chest to provide added style. $78 USD.

S/S LAX Tee: This garment dyed LAX tee is composed of a 215 GSM jersey cotton and a garment wash. A ribbing at the neckline and raw-edged hem are showcased while a flocked Kith box logo on the front chest compliments the piece. $68 USD.
