Ronnie Fieg continues his longstanding partnership with Asics as the duo reintroduce the EX89 – a basketball silhouette which originally debuted in 1988 as the GEL-EXTREME and is brought back in colors inspired by New York’s hometown team.
The silhouette features a premium suede upper with engineered perforations on the vamp. The classic Asics tiger stripes are seen on the medial and lateral side of each shoe, while sitting atop a rubber midsole and outsole.
A suede Kith script logo is applied with debossed detailing on the tongue, while other classic Asics logo are seen at the heel and outsole. The orange & off-white suede colorways will release this coming Monday, November 7th at all Kith shops, 11AM EST on Kith.com, and the Kith App. $130 USD.
