Kith Treats has partnered with renowned East Hampton staple, Carissa’s Bakery, on a lineup of limited-time confections showcasing the patisserie’s top specialty offerings.

The James Beard Award-winning all-day bakery is best known throughout the East End of Long Island for its European-style breads, artisan pastries and vibrant cakes inspired by the surrounding flora, all baked on-site in their refined, modernist space. The bakery’s ethos is centered around quality, locally grown ingredients, supporting community growers and producers that prioritize organic and sustainable farming, fair trade practices, and overall transparency—resulting in wholesome, healthful and seasonally accented recipes.

Founded in 2011 by Carissa Waechter, a New York City chef with apprenticeships under several notable chefs, including David Burke and Daniel Boulud, she initially began selling artisanal breads incorporating locally grown wheat at farmers' markets and produce stands under Carissa’s Breads. In 2017, Carissa's The Bakery opened at 68 Newtown Lane in East Hampton and has since expanded to two additional locations in Amagansett & Sag Harbor.

Kith Treats’ limited-time menu in partnership with Carissa’s Bakery features infusions of the pastry shop’s beloved Hazelnut Croissant, Chocolate Chip Miso Cookie, Monkey Bread & Chocolate Bouchon, brought to life by a pairing of cereals and mix-ins featured on Kith Treats’ Build Your Own menu. Each offering will be featured as a location-exclusive special for one weekend at a time at select Kith Treats locations across the US.


The Hazelnut Croissant
Vanilla ice cream swirl or milkshake infused with Carissa's Hazelnut Croissant & Kariot hazelnut cream cereal, topped with Nutella drizzle & crushed hazelnuts.

Available only at Kith Treats Dumbo 6/28 through 6/30.

The Chocolate Chip Miso Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich
Vanilla ice cream infused with Carissa's Chocolate Chip Miso Cookie, sandwiched between two caramel-lined Chocolate Chip Miso Cookies dipped in milk chocolate with a Cocoa Pebbles & toasted sesame topping.

Available only at Kith Treats Williamsburg 6/28 through 6/30.

The Monkey Bread
Vanilla ice cream infused with Carissa's Monkey Bread, Cinnamon Toast Crunch & Cocoa Pebbles, topped with Carissa's Salted Caramel Drizzle & cinnamon sugar.

Available at Kith Treats Malibu 7/19 through 7/21.

The Bouchon
Vanilla & Chocolate ice cream blend infused with Carissa's Chocolate Bouchon & Chocolate Cake Crunch, topped with chocolate drizzle & Cocoa Puffs.

Available at Kith Treats Miami Design District 8/2 through 8/4.


To commemorate the partnership, Kith has created a capsule collection honoring the East Hampton staple. The assortment is comprised of two crewnecks, two tees, a reversible bucket hat, dad hat and premium tote bag—all adorned with co-branded graphics & embroidery. The capsule is available now at Kith Treats Manhattan, Brooklyn, Williamsburg, Miami Design District, Kith.com & the Kith App. Limited quantities of the Kith for Carissa’s capsule are also available at all three Carissa’s Bakery locations in East Hampton. 

The Kith Treats for Carissa’s Bakery weekend specials will launch throughout the summer at select Kith Treats locations. Future specials and their respective locations will be announced in advance of their launch date via Kith Treats’ social media channels. All four Kith Treats for Carissa’s Bakery limited-time offerings are available now throughout the summer exclusively at Carissa’s Newtown Lane location in East Hampton.
