Kith Classics returns for Spring 2019 with updated versions of Kith staples including styles from the Denim Program, the tried-and-true LaGuardia Program and new takes on our JFK Tee Program. Outside of these core programs, an indigo dye approach has been taken for a few additions to the Kith Classics catalogue, amounting to approximately 50 total styles.
The Denim Program includes two styles of the Varick Jean, a new version of the Monroe, and the Laight Trucker. All of these styles receive three washes, a light Hosu wash, a medium rinse Stella wash, and a black wash. The Laight Trucker boasts distressed detailing including a ripped and repaired Kith Classic logo on the elbow. The Varick, a tapered relaxed fit jean, is offered in distressed and classic variations. The distressed styles feature a ripped and repaired Kith logo on the knee, as well as denim patchwork panels. The classic version features very minimal distressing meant to mimic wear over time. The Monroe, a slim-tapered fit with an extended inseam for stacking, features distressed details throughout.
The Double Pocket Hoodie returns in three indigo washes, ranging from lightest to medium rinse to darkest. This same indigo dye approach is seen on the Long Sleeve Quinn Pocket Tee and the Short Sleeve JFK Tee. Rounding out the collection is a full range of the LaGuardia Program, including long sleeve, short sleeve, and tank top styles, as well as the JFK Tee Program.
Lastly, this collection will also include the release of Kith’s latest collaboration with Converse. The duo have worked together to create two Chuck Taylor 1970’s that fall within the Classics umbrella. Both models retain the original DNA with elevated updates such as the Kith Monogram printed on the canvas uppers, in addition to updated leather lining. These models will be in-store only.
Kith Spring 2019 Classics releases this Friday, April 19, at all Kith shops and at 11AM EST on Kith.com.
